Your Session will begin with a brief consultation to discuss any concerns or questions you may have while going over your completed intake form, we’ll do a short meditation to settle you into an open, grounded, receptive state to help fully accept and integrate the channeled healing energies you will be receiving. I will perform an Energy Scan and Chakra Clearing and Balancing . Pendulum and other modalities such as sound/frequency therapy including singing bowls and tuning forks may be intuitively incorporated during your energy healing session . With your consent, hands on gentle massage and aromatherapy may also be used during our sessions. Once your Reiki session has completed, you’ll be fully grounded , and upon returning to the present, we will discuss your experience and any notes I may have taken during your session and discuss your Reiki-self aftercare plan for the next few days/weeks and schedule any follow up sessions that may interest you.
